Anything firewall related is cleared, I've done a clean install (deleting all relevant files), and have less than 25 subscribed maps. Additionally, probably related to this issue, whenever I join a custom game, the custom maps never download even though other players are joining and success fully downloading the map. For rar files, I had to download software (WinRAR). Some maps (if not all) come in compressed and must be unzipped.
All map files must end up in MP (I think). I had to go to Start -My Computer and download to Local Disc C:/Program Files/THQ/Company of Heroes/WW2/Data/Scenarios/MP.
